This involves an on-site meeting during which time we tour the interior and exterior of the property together with the seller. We will highlight areas that require attention. We will make suggestions, recommend resources and if required, enlist the necessary help from our subcontractors.

We also offer telephonic consultations with sellers. Prior to the meeting, under the guidance of the staging expert, numerous digital photographs are emailed to the school. The staging consultation takes place during a telephone call just as it would in person.
